At Deathside fashion may be our primary goal but a close second is to bring awareness to facts about our reality that we’re programmed to write off as trivial, normal, and acceptable although when closely analyzed should not be the case. The term “drug dealer” in modern time has come to be affiliated with the distribution of illegal drugs and carries a negative connotation to imply anyone involved in such activity is a threat to society. But the original drug dealers are the pharmaceutical companies and over the counter (OTC) distributors we’ve just come to accept as net benefiters to society. When we actually research the truth what we come to discover is these companies contribute to more death and addiction than illegal substances. In addition, many of these legal substances are prescribed or recommended to simply mask symptoms rather than heal and address the root problems causing poor health. This often leads to chronic dependency which is built into the fabric of the fiduciary obligations to investors these corporations are legally mandated to prioritize. There is also a system of dishonesty at play that manipulates us into believing legal drugs cause no harm and that there is no benefit to the use of illicit drugs. This lie has become more obvious to all of us with the rapid legalization of marijuana and what appears to be coming next, psychedelics. Even MDMA is undergoing phase 3 trials (the final phase) for FDA approval for therapeutic use. Not only are we finally accepting the fact that there is numerous benefits to drugs that have been kept illegal for decades, in many ways these substances are more effective than the legal drugs we’ve been manipulated into believing are the only way for us to heal from sickness and poor health. And to call these companies drug dealers is not a metaphor or a stretch, it is literally what they are which can be verified by the drug warnings that appear on the back of every product they distribute. The most overlooked truth about this topic is that the deadliest drug in the world is Fentanyl, a government sanctioned, pharmaceutically synthesized and distributed substance. The reason many illegal drugs are kept illegal is because of the profound psycho active effects many of these drugs possess. All drugs are just tools with effective doses. When used at the correct dosage and with the right intention, most drugs, legal and illegal can serve to benefit our overall well being. A huge part of our well being is our mental health and good mental health leads too freer minds. Free minds are hard to control and manipulate. So there are nefarious reasons why certain drugs are suppressed and others legally prescribed. If we want to truly be free in this world we must first contend with the illusions that have been imposed upon us. That begins with reanalyzing the concepts and judgements socially enforced upon us to control our perceptions and keep us from asking important questions. At the end of the day we support the use of all drugs used in an ethical and responsible matter, and not trying to mischaracterize the truth about use. This tee just looks cool as fuck too!
